Natural herbal body care

About two years ago my now husband came up with the idea that I should make a cream for soothing muscle trauma using Arnica Montana and some of the St Johns Wort flower that I had collected outside our home. When making my first batch I immediately loved the light pink color caused by the red juice of the St. Johns Wort flowers I had used. I chose ingredients that I knew would be analgesic and anti-inflammatory such as apricot kernel oil and eucalyptus essential oil. We love this cream because it is so effective at reducing pain and swelling after muscle trauma. The color of the cream is typically light pink although color variation will naturally occur from batch to batch.
